Meet the Directors

Stosh and Dana are both Jewish believers in Yeshua and together they share the burden of G-d’s heart for their people.  Their passion is to see the whole body of Messiah understand and embrace their Jewish roots.

Stosh and Dana were married in 1983 before both accepting Yeshua in their hearts 2 years later. They soon became active servants on a leadership team with a local messianic ministry. They continue to worship with completed joy the G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and long to share His fullness with all peoples!

OUR PURPOSE

Mayim Chayim Outreach Ministries’ primary calling is to be a “watchman on the walls of Jerusalem” as we dedicate ourselves to praying and proclaiming the peace of Israel’s Messiah in “establishing Jerusalem and making her the praise of the earth” (Isaiah 62:1-7, Isaiah 52:8).

 

Our hearts desire is to share the good news of Yeshua (Jesus), (Romans 10:1, Isaiah 25:6-9) and to bring His light to the House of Israel (Luke 2:30-32).  We are committed to the whole body of Messiah and believe that through a biblical knowledge of our Jewish feasts and holidays, both Jew and Gentile will partner together and more fully appreciate the Jewish roots of our faith (Romans 11:17,18).

1. That the Bible, composed of both the Old Covenant (Tanach) and the New Covenant (Brit Hadasha) is the only infallible and authoritative Word of G-d. (II Timothy 3:16)

2. That G-d is "Echad", as declared in the Shema (Deut. 6:4), "a united one" or a "compound unity" eternally existent in three Persons as expressed in Isaiah 48:16-17.

3. In the Deity of Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus, the Messiah), that He is the "Seed of the Woman" promised by G-d in Genesis 3:15 and that His virgin birth was to be a sign to Israel of His Messiahship as stated in Isaiah 7:14. (Isaiah 9:6-7)

4. In Messiah's life, His miracles yesterday and today, His vicarious and sacrificial death as our atonement, His bodily resurrection, His appearance thereafter in Jerusalem, His ascension, His personal future establishment of His kingdom on earth.

5. That the only means of being cleansed from sin is by grace, through faith in the shed sacrificial blood of Yeshua HaMashiach and furthermore all who receive salvation through the blood atonement of Yeshua will also share in the power of His resurrection from the dead, and will live forever in the Kingdom of Heaven. (Leviticus 17:11, Ephesians 2:8, Revelation 5:9,10)

6. To the present ministry of the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a godly life. We further believe in the nine-fold gifts of the Holy Spirit and in the operation of those gifts throughout the body of the Messiah (Ezekiel 36:26-27, 1 Corinthians 12: 1-11)

7. In the resurrection of both saved and lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to eternal separation from G-d, the latter being consigned to the state of everlasting punishment. (Daniel 12:2, Matthew 25:46)

8. That the New Covenant body of the Lord is composed of both Jews and Gentiles who have accepted Yeshua HaMashiach as the Promised Redeemer, worshipping together in the House of G-d. (I Corinthians 12:13, Hebrews 10:25, Ephesians 2:12-14)

9. In the partaking of the communal elements of the matzah (unleavened bread) and the wine, as instituted by Yeshua HaMashiach at His last Passover seder, that the elements are symbolic of the Lord's death and His resurrection. (I Corinthians 11:23-24)

10. In water immersion of believers (Mikvah), as commanded by the scriptures, as an outward sign of an inward salvation experience, symbolizing the death of the old man and the resurrection unto newness of life. (Matthew 3:16, 28:18-20)
